Holyoke - Yvette S. Sullivan, 101, passed away peacefully at her home with her daughter by her side on Thanksgiving Day. Yvette was a daughter of the late Delphis and Cordelia (Pelletier) Tessier. She graduated from Holyoke High School in 1937 and later worked for Holyoke Geriatrics’ as a Housekeeper for many years. She enjoyed going out to dinner with her daughter, taking knitting classes, and spending time with family. She will be missed by her daughter, Gail Sullivan with whom she lived with in Holyoke; her son, David W. Sullivan of Maine, and three grandchildren, Jeffrey, Steven, and Angelina. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Ernest W. Sullivan and by her siblings, Irene Malboeuf, Margarite Bessette, Rose Masse, and Albert Tessier. All are invited to meet on Yvette’s birthday, Friday, December 4, 2020 at 10AM for her Liturgy of Christian Burial at the Our Lady of the Cross Church, Holy Cross Ave., Holyoke, followed by burial in the St. Jerome Cemetery, Holyoke.
