Chicopee – Mr. Thomas A. Bresnahan, 60, died at the Baystate Medical Center on Tuesday, May 26, 2009. He was born in Holyoke on February 11, 1949, a son of the late John and Barbara (Drown) Bresnahan. He was a graduate of Holyoke High School and proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a twenty five year Chicopee resident and employed as a machinist at UNECO Mfg. of Chicopee. He is survived by his beloved wife, Judith (Wedge) Bresnahan. They celebrated thirty six years of happiness together on May 4. He loved his job, countless friends, hunting, and fishing with his son Christopher of Chicopee. He also leaves his brother, John Bresnahan, Jr. and his wife Elaine of Springfield. He was predeceased by his brother Steven in 2004. Funeral services are on Saturday, May 30 at the Messier Funeral Home, 1944 Northampton St. (Route 5) Holyoke. Calling hours are from 9 – 11am with a Service of Remembrance at 11am. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
