Robert Franklin Messier

HADLEY: Robert F. Messier, 51 of Hadley passed away Monday, April 9, 2012 at home. He was born September 15, 1960 in Springfield, son of George Messier and the late Arlene (Stevens) Messier. Robert was a self employed handy man for many years at his company, The Gutter Man. He enjoyed joking around, the outdoors, and hiking and long car trips. Robert will always be remembered for his caring ways and his smile. He leaves behind his father George Messier, his ex-wife and friend, Virginia (Miller) of Hadley; three daughters, Jessica Auburn, Crystal Hanecak of Belchertown; Shallon Messier of Hadley; two sons, Justin Hanecak of Belchertown; Robert F. Messier Jr. of Florence; a brother, Raymond Messier of Chicopee; his sister Darlene Lempke and her husband Richard of Granby; many grandchildren as well as extended family members and many dear friends.
