Paul Edward Beauregard, 65, of Ashburnham, MA, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2023. He was predeceased by his mother Victoria (LaPlante) Beauregard. Paul is survived by his companion Kileen Lashua of Ashburnham; his father Roger F. Beauregard of Holyoke; his sister Susan M. (Beauregard) Schwartz of Reading and her husband Andrew Schwartz; his sister Julianne Beauregard of Wakefield and her fiance Matthew Ashby; his nephew Jonathan Schwartz of San Francisco; his niece Elizabeth Schwartz of Worcester; and many cousins.
During his life, Paul especially enjoyed the White Mountains of NH, music, and Harley Davidson motorcycles. He travelled several times across the country and spent extra time in the southwest and Rockies. Known most of his life to wear a beard and long braid, Paul had many creative talents, especially working with steel as a tool and die maker.
In 2006, Paul was fortunate to receive a kidney transplant. It provided him with the extra years he needed to meet his partner Kileen, whom he loved very much and shared an instant bond.
In gratitude for the extra years, we all were given with Paul, we ask you to please register to be an organ donor at registerme.org or visit donatelife.net to learn more.
All are welcome to join on Thursday, February 9, 2023, for Paul’s Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at Our Lady of The Cross Church, Holyoke, followed by a burial of his ashes at Notre Dame Cemetery in South Hadley. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the National Kidney Foundation at kidney.org. Messier Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
