Michael R. Mochon

Michael Richard Mochon, beloved companion, of 40 years of Donna Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield at the age of 70. Michael was born on May 22, 1951, in Holyoke, MA, a son of Bruno and Jeannette (Laurette) Mochon. He served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps., during the Vietnam War. Michael is survived by his companion, Donna and her son, Donald Hamilton both of Chicopee, brother, James Mochon of Winter Haven, FL, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his brother, John Mochon and sister, Diane Jones. Family and friends will meet directly at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St. Agawam on Tuesday, April 19, at 9 a.m. for his committal service with military honors.
