1951-2019
HOLYOKE- Mark S. Peltier, 67, of Holyoke, passed away at the Holyoke Health Care Center on Sunday, August 25, 2019. He was born in Holyoke on November 8, 1951, a son of the late Victor and Doris (Beaudin) Peltier. He was educated locally and later served for thirty years in the Army National Guard. He also worked as a newspaper carrier for the Republican for thirty years, and as a cook at the Noble Hospital for over ten years. He enjoyed American history, politics, and old movies. Mark will be missed by his loving children, Julie Peltier and Michael Peltier both of Holyoke; his brothers, Ken Peltier of FL and Neal Peltier of Holyoke, as well as many extended family and friends. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 4-7PM at Messier Funeral Home, 1944 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA. A funeral home service will be held at 11AM on Friday, August 30, 2019 at Messiers’ followed by a burial in West Street Cemetery, Granby. For more details please visit www.messierfuneralhome.com .
