Margaret S. Labonte

HOLYOKE-Margaret S. (Trudell) LaBonte, 78, of Holyoke died August 28, 2012. She was born in Holyoke on September 22, 1933. She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert R. LaBonte; four sons and their wives, Jim and Ellen White; Robert LaBonte; Norman and Patsy LaBonte; Steven and Laura LaBonte. She leaves 10 grandchildren: John Champagne, Diane Champagne, Stephanie LaBonte, Jerira LaBonte, Jake LaBonte, Robert LaBonte, Nina May LaBonte, James White, Jennifer Keller; 7 great grandchildren: Lotty LaBonte, Robert LaBonte, Sherelys LaBonte, Myla LaBonte, William Keller, Logan Keller and Sebastin Keller; her beloved god daughter Melissa S. Pronovost. She is also survived by a brother, Roland Trudell; a sister, Jeannette Levine. Margaret was predeceased by her brothers: Harvey, Roger, Norman and Donald; her sisters: Claire, Florence and Eleanor and a daughter in law Sue LaBonte. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 from 4-7 PM at Messier Funeral Home, 1944 Northampton St., Holyoke, MA 01040. A funeral home service will be celebrated on Saturday, Sept., 1, 2012 at 10 AM in the funeral home and be followed by the burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley.
