Jackeline Perez – Colon, beloved wife of 32 years, of Edwin R. Colon, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield with her loving family at her side.
She was 56 years old. Jackeline was born on March 24, 1967, in Comerio, Puerto Rico, a daughter of Jose and Ada (Baez) Perez. She was raised and educated in Hartford, CT.
Jackeline married Edwin on June 16, 1990, and has resided in West Springfield for the past 32 years.
She leaves behind here loving husband, Edwin, and children, Matthew E., Joshua E., and Ashley M. Colon all of West Springfield, siblings, Jose Manuel of Puerto Rico, Iovanni Baez of Springfield, Alexis Caballero, Michelle Burgos, and Jazmine Torres all of Hartford, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Bethany Assembly of God Church, 580 Main St., Agawam, for a period of visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a service in the church at 11:00 a.m. Committal prayers and burial will follow immediately after the service at Agawam Center Cemetery.
