Holyoke – Francis “Frank” Serene Perotti, Jr., 86, of Holyoke, passed away Tuesday November 3, 2025, at Hope Health in Providence, Rhode Island. Born in Great Barrington, MA to Frank S. Perotti, Sr. and Vira Harrington, he was a graduate of Windsor Locks High School and went on to receive his bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Economics.

Frank married Roberta (Quagliaroli) Perotti on October 21, 1961, and together they shared 62 years of marriage before her passing on October 7, 2024. Once Roberta and Frank started a family, Roberta stayed home and did a phenomenal job raising her children and taking care of their home. This allowed Frank to be involved within the Holyoke Community in various aspects. He was the proud owner and operator of R.E.P. Services Co. Inc. in Holyoke since 1963. He served on the board at Holyoke Medical Center, The Y, Boys and Girls Club, and The Chamber of Commerce, and was Head of the United Way in 1984 and The Rotary Club in 1986 and 87. He enjoyed many family vacations over the years including DC, Florida, and St. Martin, just to name a few. Frank was a hard worker and loved his family more than anything.

He will be dearly missed by his son, Mark Joseph Perotti and his wife Laurie of Wakefield, RI; daughter, Kelly-Anne Perotti of Auburn, MA and two adored grandsons, William and Henry.

A private graveside service will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Windsor Locks, CT. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made in Frank’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
