HOLYOKE- Francis Lapa, 52, of Holyoke, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018. He was born on November 8, 1965, a son of the late Diane Lapa. After graduating high school, Francis owned his own logging company, Fran Lapa and Sons. He loved his work, his children, supporting the Red Sox and attending games at Fenway with his family, and being outdoors. He also enjoyed playing softball with his church, Christ Life Fellowship. Francis is survived by his sons, Joseph Lapa and his girlfriend Stephanie of Waterbury, CT; Chad Lapa of RI. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
