Blanche A. Rouillard

Holyoke – Blanche A. Rouillard, 96, died Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Mt. Marie Nursing Home in Holyoke. Blanche was born in Holyoke on November 4, 1914 to the late Oscar and Anna (Durant) Fafford. She was educated locally and was a graduate of Holyoke High School and attended hairdressing school in Springfield. Blanche was a longtime teller at the former Hadley Falls Bank, Bank of Boston and later at Peoples Savings Bank retiring in 1992. Blanche was predeceased by her husband Henry in April of 2002 and is survived by several nieces, nephews and her loving extended family and friends. A visiting hour will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 from 10AM - 11 AM at Messier Funeral Home, 1944 Northampton St., Holyoke, MA 01040. A funeral home service will be celebrated on Friday morning at 11 AM in Messier’s and be followed by the burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley, MA.
