WILLIAM �S� PAQUETTE 1915 � 2017 HOLYOKE- William �S� Paquette, 102, of Holyoke, passed away at the Loomis House on December 5, 2017. He was born in Chicopee on November 2, 1915, a son of the late William and Eva (Blain) Paquette. He married the late Ida (Ryan) Paquette on June 17, 1939 and worked as a crane operator for Dan O�Connell for over 40 years. He was a member of the US Navy and served honorably during WWII. He is survived by his daughters: Rosalie and husband Joseph Page, Pamela and husband Donald Page; his siblings: Jeanette Arpin, Lorraine Goyette; his grandchildren: Diana and husband Wayne Swett, William Page and wife Geraldine, Alexis and husband John Atkinson, Christopher Page and wife Jessie; 7 great-grand-children: Tiana, Tyler, Tamra, Jacob, Ethan, Ryles, and Simon; 3 great-great-grandchildren: Michael, Mia, and Thomas. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his sisters Edna Hamel and Dorothy Rondeau. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 8AM-9:30AM at Messier Funeral Home, 1944 Northampton St., Holyoke, MA followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in St. Anne Church, 30 College St., Chicopee, MA. The Rite of Committal and Burial will be in St. Jerome Cemetery.
