Shirley Ann (Robert) Arbour Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Tribute Shirley Ann (Robert) Arbour passed away peacefully on Friday, December 10, at Holyoke Medical Center at the age of 77. Shirley was born on December 16, 1943 in Holyoke, MA, a daughter of Napoleon E. and Louise (Deharnais) Robert, she was a lifelong resident of Holyoke. Shirley attended Holyoke Schools, Holy Rosary School and later at St. Anne Academy in Marlborough. She is survived by her two sons, David C. Arbour of Florence and Michael D. Arbour of Chicopee, brothers, Roger N. Robert of Palmer and Dennis F. Robert of Holyoke, 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Jean L. Bajowski. Family and friends are invited to gather for a period of visitation for Shirley on Thursday, Dec. 16, at Messier Funeral Home, 1944 Northampton St., Holyoke, MA, from 9-10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, 30 Main St., South Hadley, MA.
